AcreetionOS Update — July 27, 2026

July 27, 2026

Our continuous integration pipeline has been further refined with the implementation of per-pipeline staging directories and relative symlinks for the latest.iso, significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of our ISO build process, and you can learn more about our latest developments on our changelog page at https://acreetionos.org/changelog.html. This milestone is a result of the community's relentless efforts to streamline and stabilize our workflow, ensuring that users receive the most up-to-date and stable versions of AcreetionOS.

Development The latest updates to our pipeline have greatly reduced the likelihood of publish races between concurrent builds, and we're excited to see the impact this will have on our overall development process. As an Arch-based distribution, we're committed to leveraging the power of pacman and the Arch repositories to provide a seamless user experience. For more information on how to get started with AcreetionOS, be sure to check out our documentation at https://acreetionos.org/docs.html.

Community We're grateful for the contributions of our community members, who have been actively working on various projects, including configurations and field notes for running Arch on a DL380 G7.
